This quest was marked obsolete and cannot be obtained or completed. Korfax at Light's Hope Chapel in the Eastern Plaguelands will make a Dreadnaught Waistguard if you bring him the following items: 1 Desecrated Waistguard, 8 Wartorn Plate Scraps, 1 Arcanite Bar and 5 Cured Rugged Hides.Description
